Anger management is a must.  We all get angry at some time or another.  It is a natural emotion that can be channelled into a good outcome.

There are lots of reasons for managing anger; for example, staying on the right side of the law, keeping our relationships healthy, and more so, looking after our own wellbeing.

We now know that anger impacts on our physical and psychological health and more.  Anger that is not expressed in my opinion can lead to low mood or depression.
